well, with training i mean that the other (Marcio this time √) that first he play bad and if i won, he play a little better, then again (if i won again) he play again some better etc...

I play CS2D since one of the firsts versions, and I play a lot of hours per day...thats why im good... To the novice players, the way to be a good player is, follow the rules and play very much!
